Welcome to Alignment Wellness. By accessing our website, booking a class, or participating in our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Bookings

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to book a class. Minors may participate only with parental/guardian consent.

  • Bookings: All classes must be booked and paid for in advance through our website or approved booking platform.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to change our timetable, instructors, or class types at any time without notice.

2. Physical Health & Safety (Waiver)

By participating in any yoga class or wellness activity provided by Alignment Wellness, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Yoga involves physical activity that may be strenuous and carries a risk of injury.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to practice.

  • You must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before the class begins.

  • Alignment Wellness is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during our services, to the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In alignment with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:

  • Class Cancellations: Cancellations made more than [e.g., 12 or 24] hours before the class will receive a credit to their account.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked class without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the class fee.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for “change of mind.” If a service is cancelled by us, a full refund or credit will be provided.

4. Memberships & Payments

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Direct Debits: If you have a recurring membership, payments will be deducted automatically. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.

  • Suspensions: Memberships may be suspended for a minimum of [e.g., 2 weeks] with [e.g., 7 days] notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, yoga sequences, and images, is the property of Alignment Wellness and is protected by Australian copyright laws. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Conduct

We maintain a space of respect and peace. Alignment Wellness reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a membership if a client’s behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or dangerous to our community.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
